Refund policy

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered — since every piece is 3D printed to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse (wrong choice, changed your mind, etc.). If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at matheuspareja923@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started (usually within a few hours of ordering).
