How long until my order arrives?
Everything is printed to order, so we start printing within 1–2 business days of your order. After that, US standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. If you need it sooner, Express ($15) gets it there in 1–2 business days after processing.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping inside the US is a flat $5.99 — and it's free on any order over $40. Express is $15. International standard is $9.99 (7–20 business days), also free over $40.
Is this official licensed merchandise?
No, and we don't pretend otherwise. Everything here is independent fan art — designed, printed and finished by us. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the studios behind the characters.
What is it actually made of?
Each piece is 3D printed in our own studio and hand-finished. Nothing is mass-produced and nothing is drop-shipped — your piece is made after you order it, which is also why small layer lines and tiny hand-finishing variations are normal. They're the fingerprint of a printed piece, not a defect.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice. Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind, and an order can't be cancelled once printing has started (usually a few hours after you order).
Can you print something custom?
Sometimes, yes. Send us the idea and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it and what it would cost.
